Hey all,
We are back with regular updates. We heard you and will communicate more in the coming future. So let’s dive into what happened in the last few week
First off where are we standing with production? After creating all the additional graphic assets for the stretch goals we are finally going to get our first test print from our manufacturer in the next week or two. Be assured that we will send on pictures as soon as we receive them. Besides that we looked into the possibility of getting better components and because we nearly doubled the minimum pledge amount on Kickstarter were able to upgrade some of them. We were also able to cut down on production time so there is the possibility that you will receive your game even earlier than expected.
That brings us to shipping. Thanks to the 93% of you who filled out the BackerKit questionnaire. If you belong to the other 7% make sure to finish it so we know where to ship your game too.
Besides these updates directly related to the game we also have some additional news: We were invited to exhibit Dead Cat at the Quantum Cafe organised by Science at Home. The Quantum Cafe is an exhibition of games related to quantum physics. The games come in digital and analog forms and can be played during the event. It will take place from August 7th to 13th. The location still has to be confirmed and we update you once we know more.

The Cat Died Five Times

Hey all,
We hope your Christmas preparations are going well and that you are not too stressed finding a presents for all your beloved ones. We made some good progress during the last weeks and Elisa has finally, after many iterations, announced that the cards are done!
So without any further ado, we present the missing cards:
Besides creating the artwork, talking to our printer and preparing the questionnaire that will go out within the next two weeks we were also invited to lead a workshop at the RCA. The Royal College of Art is one of the leading design and art schools and we had the pleasure of conducting a workshop on how to communicate information and ideas through games. The workshop, called “More than Dice”, was an introduction to game and graphic design. We hope you enjoy the pictures below.

Hey dear backers,
Today we reveal the remaining two cats accompanying the 5th player stretch goal!
Elisa had to study her friends’ cat to create the ultra realistic cat pictures you see below. We hope you like them! Have a look and share your feedback with us.
We started to collaborate with a physicist for the creation of the “Brief History of Quantum Physics” booklet that will be added to the game. The pictures below show Maria and Nico working to gather material for the text.

Hey dear backers,
The fifth player additional cards are finally taking shape and today is the day we start sharing the latest news of our alive cats family with you!
We are working full steam on getting Dead Cat as quickly to you as possible and the other artworks are already in the pipeline, so enjoy the new art until we reveal the next two alive cat cars.

Wow just wow,
Nearly 200% of the funding goal! We want to thank you all for your support and all the love. It was a great month and we really enjoyed meeting you in person at Essen or chatting to you over email. You showed us how great the gaming community can be.
Dead Cat is our first project and we hope lots will follow in the future but you are part of the beginning. You made everything that is to come possible.
What’s next
So let’s get to the part you are all waiting for: How do I get my game? In the next three weeks we will send out a survey to collect your addresses. In that survey you will also have the possibility to get add-ons.
While you wait for the survey we will post the new artwork that Elisa is currently creating.
